Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

1.	Items will normally be delivered within ten working days after the placing of your order and the receipt by us of payment in full.
2.	We will arrange insurance for all items in transit. The price for the items includes the insurance cost. The insurance is for YOUR benefit as the items will be at your risk during transit. Should an item arrive damaged please contact us immediately – we will provide you with the insurance details so that you can lodge a claim.
3.	The manufacture of biodiesel involves the use of hazardous chemicals. Please ensure that you are familiar with the properties and storage requirements for these chemicals, and that you handle and store them with all care. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense whatsoever (whether direct, indirect or consequential) that arises in any way from the use, storage or handling of chemicals.
4.	Each Spiderweb BioBuddy comes with an instruction manual that includes all necessary information on the safe use of the Spiderweb BioBuddy. Please ensure that you read the manual carefully and that you take care to follow all instructions. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense whatsoever (whether direct, indirect or consequential) that arises in any way from your failure to use the Spiderweb BioBuddy strictly in accordance with the instruction manual.
